The Porridge


Start the day feeling fantastic!

(Choose one ingredient from each group)
Soak your Grain over night.
Bring your Grain to boil in your chosen liquid and simmer for 10 min.
Add your Fruit, Flavour and enjoy.

30g Rolled Oats Handful of Nuts 250ml Almond milk 1 tsp Cinnamon
60g Hulled buckwheat ½ Grated Apple 250ml Water 3 Drops Stevia liquid
30g Quinoa ½ Banana sliced 1-2 tsp Maple syrup
½ Grated Pear 1-2 tsp maple syrup
2 chopped dates 1-2 tsp Raw Honey
70g Berries
Mango slices
