Overnight pudding

The overnight pudding might just be the healthiest pudding on earth!

(Choose one ingredient from each group)
Soak your Base in 120ml water/milk of choice overnight.
Add your Topping, Superfood and Flavour the next morning and enjoy.

4 Tbsp Ground Flax Seed ½ Grated Pear 1tsp Maca powder ½ tsp Vanilla powder
30g Quinoa flakes ½ Grated Pear 1 tsp Maca powder ½ tsp Vanilla powder
70g Berries 2 Tbsp Protein powder 1-2 tsp Raw Honey
1 Peach sliced Grated ginger
1 fresh fig
